2020 Little Package Big Impact Sponsorship Packages

We at Doula Care London are excited to share this vendor and sponsorship information with you. Little Package, Big Impact has taken a long time to create, and we are delighted to share with you what’s in store for our 2nd annual fundraiser for the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) and CPBF(Canadian premature babies foundation). We are taking it to the core and hosting on the lovely, Covent Garden Market Mezzanine.

May 9, 2020 from 11am-4pm.

All money raised from vendor/sponsorship packages will go straight to the NICU and a peer support program run and funded by the Canadian premature babies foundation. This will directly impact  the community of families who have little ones in the NICU. 

This year, we will featuring a self care treatment station, selling surprise self care bags and hosting a HUGE Raffle Table with loads of gifts to be won! We are also bringing back the popular Chilldren’s Zone and community art project. Last year we saw 29 sponsors, over 100 donators, 150+ visitors and managed to raise $2000 for the NICU. The changes we have made to this years event will ensure we reach, or even exceeded our goal of $10 000!

  • FREE PARKING for the EVENT DATE

  • Facebook live at your booth during the event with one of the organizers of the event

House keeping…

 

  • The sooner you apply the better! Once you have read and decided on your commitment fill out the vendor application form
  • It should be noted that there are only 3 Bronze, 2 Silver and 1 Gold package. There are 20+ standard vendor packages available and unlimited basic sponsorship packages.
  • The vendor tables and sponsorship packages are first come first serve, we require payment in full to secure your spot
  • Silver and Gold Sponsors have the option of setting up a payment plan to be paid before Feb 1, 2019.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • Vendors will have access 2 hours before the event for set up and expected to stay until 4:00pm
  • Returning vendors receive $60 OFF ALL Packages (excluding BASIC). Offer can only be combined with the early bird price for GOLD Package option, no other packages will be granted 2 discounts.
  • DCL Mom & Baby 2020 Group Sponsors receive $60 OFF ALL Packages (excluding BASIC). Offer can only be combined with the early bird price for GOLD Package option, no other packages will be granted 2 discounts.
